Since 1984, H.G. Roosters has been a gathering place for Palm Beach County’s LGBTQ+ community. In 2021, the City of West Palm Beach recognized what regulars already knew — designating Roosters a historic site for its cultural impact.

Every night has something going on!
Sunday — Half-price apps and drinks until 8 PM, then karaoke
Monday — Drag Bingo at 8 PM hosted by Marc La Monica and rotating guest
Tuesday — Taco ‘Bout Trivia at 8 PM with bar tab prizes
Wednesday — Shaken and Smashed: smash burgers, mini martini flights, and live music on alternating Wednesdays
Thursday — Dancers starting at 9:30 PM + weekly pool tournament
Friday — $1 chicken wings 4–10 PM
Saturday — Melissa St. John takes the stage at 9 PM and 11 PM

Yes! We have a full menu with signature dishes and daily specials.

Friday–Saturday: 4 PM–midnight
Sunday–Thursday: 4–11 PM
What are the happy hour specials?
Social Hour runs every day from 4–7 PM — 50% off small plates. Plus nightly drink specials:
Tuesday — $6 Tito’s drinks
Thursday — $3 wells and $3 domestic drafts
Sunday — Half-price drinks until 8 PM
Is HG Roosters LGBTQ+ friendly?
100%. We’ve been serving the LGBTQ+ community since 1984 and we’re proud to be Florida’s longest operating LGBTQ+ bar. In 2021, we were designated a historic site by the City of West Palm Beach — only the third gay bar in the U.S. to receive that honor.
Is there a cover charge?
No regular cover charge. A cover may apply for certain special events — check our social media or call ahead for details.
Does HG Roosters have a trivia night?
Yes! Taco ‘Bout Trivia is every Tuesday at 8 PM, hosted by Marc La Monica and rotating guests. Bar tab prizes of $80, $40, and $20 are up for grabs — plus $3 tacos and $6 Tito’s drinks all night.

Yes, we have outdoor seating available.
Is there parking at HG Roosters?
